I WANT MY MONEY!!!

On the 15th of this month I called mfc to let them know that they billed my account twice. I was told to follow procedure and send an email. I did that, in 4 days after doing that I was told a bank statement is needed. Of which I sent. I'm told that my money has been transferred back into my account, however its 19 days now and still no money in my account! I send them emails on a daily basis, they don't answer my questions all they say is give us 24-48hrs. I did that and still nothing!!! I requested to be called by management, still my request has been ignored, instead I'm being asked to resend a statement again! Firstly I told them the acc number they used is incorrect, so clearly I didn't get the money, so why do they need my statement??? I don't mind sending it, however I want to speak to a manager first. The incompentence and lack of communication is really bad. I thought nedbank was a great bank. Infact now I think they horrible and don't care about their customers. It is MY MONEY, how am I supposed to maintain myself or my baby if they sitting with MY money??? Sort this matter out and give me what's mine!!! Tired of your stories
