On the 24/12/2013 the time was was 13:29 i went to north mead mall to draw money first i used my std bank card i made a withdrawal of R1000 the machine was fine and after i used my African bank credit card i made a withdrawal of R400 and then the machine did not give me the money it only gave me a slip that says we cannot process your request due to technical problem please try again later the time was 13:32 and i got an SMS on my phone that says a transaction of R400 was done on the card ending 0630 but i did not get the money. now am trying to get help from them they can help me even now am still holding for them to help me.
