Cash withdrawal with no money

On the 01-03-13 at around 17:50, I went to withdraw an amount of R250 from shell garage at Mountedgecom in Durban. I put in my card, entered pin and selected cash withdrawal. ATM returned my card and then a slip came out and my phone beeped and said that R250 was taken out at a ATM. I then went to the assistant and showed her my slip and told her that I got a slip and no cash came out. There was a garage attender who overheard my conversation and then told me that the ATM machine has no money. The slip printed from the machine indicates that I should press *120*??? I phoned Standard bank enquiries to enquire what is this and they told me that they cannot help neither can they refund me even though I have the slip with the details on. I would like to know who can assist me or help me with this enquiry. I cannot bank with a bank and have R250 coming out of my account without any answers. Or should I transfer my funds and move my account to another bank? Please I need feed back as soon as possible!!
