What a start for 2014!!! Woke up this morning with a big surprise on my cell phone Virgin Money taken off a debit order after just receiving a QUOTATION.

I have requested a quotation only from Virgin Money; spoken to sales consultant Venda Hunsraj stating to her that I only need a quotation she replied she need to have my account details before giving me a quote, I had a bad feeling and stated to her that I only need a quote and do not want any money deducted from my account and will not give my account details; she assured me it is only a quote and she cannot help me if I do not give my account detail's.

I signed with another insurer and did reply via email back to Venda stating that I will not be signing with Virgin I also phoned them stating that I am not going to sign with them and they assured me it is only a quote and I do not have to worry about this - NO MONEY WILL BE TAKEN OFF YOUR ACCOUNT - BIG SURPRISE

Phoned this morning 03/01/2014 to Virgin and asked a explanation; on their computers it is showing quotation (never been cancelled off the system). Also asked me to go to my bank to get the refund back, I must go to my bank to fix the incompetent companies mistake???
