I used my SASSA card to check the balance on the capitec ATM machine and i got the receipt cornfirming that and i'made a withdrawal same time instead of getting the money i only got the receipt cornfirming the withdrawal.i spoke to the Manager Johnson and he checked and said they need to phone SASSA for the money, i waited about an hour i told them i will be back on the 12 .08 as i was rushing somewhere he said its fine they going to envistigate in the mean time.when i got there today i was told there is nothing they could do.i must phone SASSA for the money.my question is how is that possible SASSA did deposit the money on my card and i did check the balance befor i did the withdrawal but i did'nt get my money from capitec ATM.and machine went faulty after it gave me the receipt.please help i want my money and i still have the receipt.
