Cancellation of Policy yet still debit account

I cancelled my policy on the 11 November, because I had not received policy documents after 2 months. When I received the documents via email and a lot of fighting, I found that the consultant had not disclosed all the necessary details to me on the phone.
My account was debited on the 25th December for the policy amount.
No one is answering phones at the Call Centre, Logged a complaint on their 'Customer Service' section on the Website.
I have never dealt with such an UNPROFESSIONAL, and ABSOLUTELY USELESS company in my life.
When I asked for a policy wording, the consultant sent me a screen shot of my Policy.
Liquid Capital do not fully disclose what their service plan details are over the phone and are thus breaking the law.
DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM LIQUID CAPITAL!!!
