Account placed in legal and did not trf back afte

The account was with legal but was rehabilitated and being paying account every month from 2011. I have not received any statements on the account from then also not even when I request one. The account has also increased in value from that time, and they can only tell me that this is legal fees. This I cannot accept as they also stated the account is in arrears? How why When and Where? I have not skipped a single payment on this account as yet. When the legal department had checked they say my last payment was in October but when checking my internet banking payments they are all there. When I request to speak to there senior I was given a number to call. NB CLIENT COMPLAINT AND I MUST CALL!!! on 011 227 5059 and this line stays engaged. The bank is money legally and getting away with it.
My agreed payments are R898-00 Per month but they charge me R1000-00 PM in legal fees and as they must post my payments manually charge me arrears cost to the account because of their incompetence.
