Despite numerous promises made from the side of Propell management, months ago, to correct their mistakes on my account, things have gone from bad to far worse.
The company is obviously in chaos.
At this stage they are unable to provide a correct invoice, no matter how many times one alerts people in charge, and no matter how many times they actually verbally agree their invoices are incorrect!
Their system doesn't allow for billing according to the actual situation!
I have requested an eye to eye meeting with the legal advisor, Gerrit Truter, who is supposedly in charge of how legal fees get onto your account (despite having given me a written undertaking that no more legal fees will be added to my account) and will post on how this pans out.
I have kept to my side of the arrangement, stringently, even paying far more than I arranged but, regularly as clockwork the legal fees (for who know what!) which they agreed were out of line, are still billed every month, PLUS THE COMPOUNDED INTEREST THEY CHARGE AT AROUND 35%!!!
AVOID PROPELL AND THE FINANCE SOLUTIONS THEY OFFER!
THEY WILL YOU BLIND!!
DEFINITELY DONT CONSIDER THEIR PRODUCT!!!
CHECK YOUR STATEMENTS CAREFULLY PEOPLE!
