The service was quiet refreshing in that Riedewaan introduced himself and explained what was going to happen. Riedewaan advised me that Azhar will be attending to me. Immediately he introduced himself to me. He completed the assessment and explained everything to me in detail as to what was going to happen, what he quoted for and advised me that he would keep intouch with me regarding the process.
