Have an account A4164073 which is now with the legal department form non payment. They claim it was not paid from November 2012 .l even took my bank statement to the MTN shops showing them and them checking and saying nothing is wrong On the 31 of January l was billed twice and was told to go and reverse the transcation .l have been receiving statements from that account and the May one shows4285.80 as outstanding. Now the legal claims l owe 9080.50.Looks like the account is cummulative. At the legal department one guy told me that they dont need to see my bank statement as my proof of payment. He insist that l pay.
