MONEY TAKEN FROM MY ACCOUNT AT MONTH END

My credit card is in arrears and I made an arrangement with the legal department. Yesterday, on month end, knowing that debit orders need to go off and that I have things to pay R6106.67 was debit from my cheque account WITHOUT informing me. When i logged into my internet banking yesterday to pay accounts, school fees I noticed that the amount was debited from my account. I called in and spoke to 3 different people and everyone said that they can't help me and that my account is in arrears. What is the point of making an arrangement??? All my debit orders bounced last night and I don't have money to pay school fees??? I went to Nedbank branch in Montana and the Manager called the legal department to assist. They said they will call me back in a half an hour (the lady from legal). No one has called me!!! Please reverse immediately!!! How can money be taken off on the last day of the month knowing people have debit orders??? Who is going to pay for the unpaid charges??? REVERSE IMMEDIATLY!!! I know my account is in arrears but how am I suppose to move forward if you guys deduct money without my knowledge???
