Claim an its been a month still nothing

I submitted a claim for my door and window the end of November and its now January my car still drives with a band door and a broken window, they telling me about my old financial history they requested proof of everything after been given all they requested every day i call they tell me someone will call me back

i don't understand why pay insurance if when they is a problem you have to struggle and be send pillar to post, i really don't appreciate being treated like an to people i pay every month for a service and when its time to render that service they disappear

am really disappointed by the claims department in King price
