My father in law called the call centre for assists on a matter of urgency they said they would phone back.. But got a call 2 hours later.. Then he had to go through to claims department who would assist him with the matter, they said that he had to go to glass fit for a new wind screen without giving a claim number.. What I find is very wrong on Saturday the 16 of november we were at glass fit and we could not be help as he had no claim number. He called king price insurance and the could not help as they could not find the claim logged on the 15the. Now that I call bad service. I am very disappointed in king price as the add they had on tv showed different, it is called false advertising!!! Something sould be done to this matte. Customers always come first.
