I am new to the working world and had to get my own insurance for the first time. I requested a quote on the 1st for women website, received a call within an hour and for a call back at half past 4 since I couldn't speak at work. I made my first claim the Saturday after Christmas with a cracked windshield terrified that everyone would be closed and unable to help. After a friendly and fantastic callcenter agent's help I had a booking and was contacted by the repair company less then an hour after my call to 1st for women and on Tuesday morning the windshield was repaired.
Everyone always tells me what a night mare insurance is and how hard it is to get anything done with these companies, I think i've found the insurance company I'm going to keep going into my adult life.
