King Price Insurance
Very disappointed client

I registered a vehicle incident claim with King Price Insurance on the 29.10.2012.
The vehicle was assessed on the 30.10.2013-
Since then I have had no feedback from King Price Insurance.

I have tried to call the claims adviser and the claims department to no avail.
When ever I call they either drop the calls or they answer and put me back to the loop.
If I am lucky enough to speak to someone they say all the managers are busy in meeting. all the managers???

I left a message with Nonkosi last week Friday - but no one bothered to call me back.

I also left a message with their message centre and I got a ref nr 00048640- still no call back.

I will most likely cancel my policy with them as this is the second time this has happened in as many claims.

I am utterly disappointed with King Price Insurance and I will tell everyone I know regarding this.
