Claims not such a Royal Service

I tried submitting a claim for vehicle damage almost a month ago with King Price, all good and well and received a confirmation email with a claim number. To this day no one King Price came back to me or even tried assisting with the claim. I am going to try today again and if not i will surely get my attorney involved with the matte
