So I decided to look for cheaper insurance in March this year, gave King Price a call and they were more than accommodating, I mentioned all my previous claims with my previous Insurance company and they were more than happy to sign me up. I had a small mishap with my car and the gate at home and needed to claim. I took the car for an assessment and now King Price has to verify my previous insurance history before attending to my claim. Why did they not do all these checks before signing me up? So now I am still waiting to hear back from them and the car was assessed on the 09/09/2013 and it feels as they trying to find a way as not to fix my car door and the value and damage is very minimal.
Seems to me like all Insurance companies are the same, all to willing to sign you up but when it comes to claiming then they will find any reason not to pay or delay.
