Hi,
I had an accident on 8-Dec-2013 and called King price to submit my claim on 9-Dec-2013.
The agent from King price said a consultant will call me to take claim details.
Is almost 20 days now a of 28-dec-2013 and nothing from King Price.
I tried to leave the message, sent email and called again.
All a got is the same story again.("A consultant will call you to take claim details")
One annoying thing is that when you call King price, your call is routed to different numbers until you get cut-off.
Even though I'm still with King Price.
I never had good service with them all.
This is my second complain here at hellopeter.
I am very disappointed with this super cheap insurance.
