Customer service for Nedbank Greenbacks is non-existent. It has taken them over 6 months to figure out how to help me with an issue and then when they get a hold of me, they have the audacity to blame me for their incompetence even though the mistake was their fault! The lady I have been dealing with is not helpful and doesn't reply to emails or phone calls.
This kind of service is unacceptable especially with so many other options of banks available!
