Greenbacks - lack of communication

I have been trying to redeem some of my Greenbacks points, (which, by the way, is a service I pay for even though it's marketed as a rewards programme), to absolutely no avail. At first there was an issue trying to get a new password - that took 3 weeks to resolve. When I finally got to put in my order I get a sms a few days later to tell me something was wrong and I need to re-submit. I am really, really dissatisfied at the awful service I have been getting from Nedbank. I have sent emails to their complaints department and received the same robotic responses that did not sort out the issue. When finally someone called me I thought it would be the end of it but now that very person is ignoring my emails and tells me to phone client services, which I now refuse to do. In fact I have worked out that I have spent more on cell phone calls to Nedbank than the actual product costs!! It is completely unacceptable! Someone from Greenbacks should have picked up the phone and taken my order telephonically to sort this out but they refuse to do so. I have been a customer of Nedbank for over 20 years and I really do not appreciate this SHODDY service.
