A deduction for Greenbacks rewards annual fee was recently made on my Nedbank mastercard notwithstanding the fact this card was cancelled in Sept 2012.

My first email to query this was to Nedbank Cavendish Claremont Cape Town 14/1/13.Reply received unable to assist at Branch level.(from Sambo, F. (Fadelah); Nedbank Claremont - Team Leader: Client Communications). I was advised to contact greenbacks rewards direct. l duly sent 2 emails 14/1/13 to [Email Removed] and to date not even the courtesy of an acknowledgement of enquiry. I stated that if anything is owed then my unused greenback points could be used to offset that.(this should not be the case however). I also mentioned that I am currently in Europe so any communication would have to be by email. Next I sent a complaint to Nedbank Talk To Us via their website.(Ref # FI1495598) And still waiting. The only reason this is to Hellopeter is that I have run out of ideas on whom to contact. I refuse to phone as I am charged for telephone banking for any query at Jhbg Nedbank call centre. Anyway it is just about communication.
