I had an issue in December where my Greenback redemption was not getting processed. I contacted HelloPeter after trying the Nedbank contact centre without joy. The issue was taken up by Nedbank Client Experience (Lungile) and resolved.
On Friday I went through the process of redeeming more greenbacks and the vouchers were issued today.
I appreciate the quick service and the fact that it appears to me that Nedbank cared about my recent issue and fixed whatever was not working in the process.
I am a happy customer.
