SAMSUNG S4 Mini Faulty

I did apply for the Samsung S4 mini device with FNB as I'm banking with them, so the problem is the device isn't working it doesn't read the different sim cards inserted. I tried 4 different micro sims from Friday 29/11/2013 but it never worked. The device worked for 3 hours with a Vodacom sim card on Friday night but next morning on Saturday the device never worked, it never reads the different sim cards.
The device was delivered on the 28/11/2013 at my work place with the Cell C sim card but the problem is the Cell C sim card wasn't Ricad. I then tried my Vodacom sim card after 24 hours of the phone being charged and it worked for 3 hours then it never worked again.
I've spent the entire day today trying to sort out the mess with FNB, Samsung and Digital Planet courier company by fixing the device or want the device to be changed but I never get any joy out of my calls to them. Firstly FNB told me to call the Digital Planet to arrange the manual settings for the device, then Digital Planet said I must call Samsung, I called Samsung then they said I need to get the proof of purchase so I can deliver the device in Roodepoort while I'm residing in Pretoria.
All I need is a new device
