Im still waiting to hear from Abed Khan (Sales Manager) post his email sent 11/12/2012 at 16:44

"My sincerest apologies with regards to the miscommunication between yourself and the consultant.
Action will be taken to ensure that the consultant does not repeat this mishap.

I assure you that a refund will be given to you. I have requested it be done as soon as possible.

Please advise if there are any other questions you may have.
