Refund taking foreve

I noticed on the 02 September my account was debit with my normal insurance cost and an extra R65. Called Virgin Insurance to query this charge and the consultant advise me that it was a extra cover charge. I told the consultant I did not agree to this and they had no right to debit my account. THIS IS NOT ALLOW - CPA! IT IS ILLEGAL. I told the consultant to cancel the extra charge that I DID NOT AGREE TOO and refund me the R65. I was informed that the refund will day 3 days. 3 days later still no refunded. Once again I called Virgin Insurance and another consultant told me it would take 7 days. Well today is the 11th and still no refund. When am I going to receive my MONEY that was taken from me illegally!?!
