Poor Customer Service

I bought my lounge suite from this store last week Wednesday cash. I was told by the sales consultant it will be delivered over the weekend. Over the weekend on every day of the week i was told the next day, a final call for pick up was made the Friday. A week later. I received many apologies from the sales consultant yet the manager of the store made no attempts to answer my calls and when i requested a refund the manager told the sales consultant i must just wait for my goods. Very poor and unprofessional conduct from a Managerial position. I then got the number for House and Home Head office who had no consultant availabe to attend to my queries i was put on hold everytime i phone back. To all the customers out there not all the stores have there customers best interest at heart. I made the necessary arrangements for the delivery and the stores inconsistency led to alot of expenses from my side. An eye opener to potential customers!!!
