I am still waiting for action from MTN w.r.t. my faulty HTC One X. Today, I received ANOTHER invoice charging me for the contract to which the device is attached.
This is in response to https:///mtn/complaints/mtn-refusing-to-refund-faulty-device-1041016 - they have still not responded to me. They did post a canned response on this site in which they requested that I please accept their apologies. I do not accept their apologies. I have been paying them for nine months for nothing. Apologies are empty after nine months of invoices!
MTN: cancel my contract and walk away. This lack of delivery and service is untenable.
