It is the 4th Month in a row that I used this ATM SelfService Kiosk to pay my Joburg Municipal Account, and the ATM Re-Boots just after the Transaction was Successful. Luckily I do receive my ABSA Card just before the machine shuts down. I do not receive a confirmation slip of the transaction though. The people behind me in the que is not very happy when this happens. I reported it 3 times already at Enquiries, but they forget about it as I leave the branch. Not interested. The 1st time they gave me a Printout of the transaction, and I had to pay for it. Can someone please attend to this problem. Thank you kindly.
