I was at the credit department filing my forms. when the instalment was too high i asked the consultant to try and reduce it. She agreed to put me on the basic insurance option which was cheaper and I agreed however the consultant and salesman needed confirmation from the credit manager (Anusha) before they could proceed. when the consultant visited the credit manager, she was extremely rude to the consultant and sales person. In the presence of customers Anusha spoke to her employees with such disrespect and assertiveness as if I wasn't allowed to take the basic option. There was a separate incident where Anusha told another employee that she will slap him across his face.
I feel this behaviour is totally unacceptable regardless of manager post or not. Everyone needs to be treated with respect. Kindly ensure action is taken and I want some feedback as I felt personally disgusted with her attitiude
