Will not refund my money

On the 18.12.2012 I ordered a leapad 2 on the 28.12.2012 they sent a message item out of stock. I requested a refund as they have that option available and included all my banking detail and I D number. They responded by email that I would be refunded in 3 to 5 working days. After the 5 working days I called to enquire about my fefund and sent emails which was ignored. I have yet to receive my refund or notification or my money.
