Yesterday, I did a quote on Hippo and after 15 minutes a consultant from Hippo contacted me and had great customer service etiqutte, the consultant put me through to Dial Direct as I had taken up the offer. I spoke to a Dial Direct consultant by the name of Grant Williams. He went through everything very nicely, explained into detail and always made sure that I understand what is being said. The phone line was bad for a few seconds and he kindly asked me to repeat what I had said and never gave me attitude, he rather apologised for having me repeat myself. BIG UPS TO DIAL DIRECT, I AM HIGHLY IMPRESSED AND I WILL SURELY RECOMMEND DIAL DIRECT TO ANYONE IN NEED. Keep up the good work, sometimes a good, friendly consultant is all it takes to close the deal. I am still waiting for my contract though, please send it through. Thanks.
