Still awaiting Refund

I cancelled my car insurance with Diarl direct on the 23rd of January, after they had deducted february's premium.2 days after cancelling my policy with them, I called to find out when they would be refunding my R1, 287 premium, the lady assisting me said it was reversed on the day that I cancelled the policy and the delay is due to the fact that they use a diffrenet bank to mine... which made sense.

A normal banking delay does not take longer than 3 days. I called the call centre again on the 28th explaining that I still had'nt received my money. The lady assisting me tells me I need to log a refund request but she would do it on her side, I would recieve a refund reference number and it usually takes about 5 days for process to clear.

I decided to follow up on the 2nd of February and the lady assisting me tells me I was supposed to fax my bank statement as proof that Dial Direct did deduct the R 1, 287... How is it possible that 3 different poeple give me 3 different pieces of information... And now beacuse I'm with another insurance, they also decucted their premium as of 2nd feb for the month of feb.

Why couldnt the first peron who assisted me initially, tell me all this
