On the 11th April I sold my car. I bought a different car but decided to cancel my policy with dial direct because they gave me a ridiculously high premium. Now they wont refund me even though I wont need cover for the rest of the month. My dad is with outsurance and whenever he sells his cars they refund him. Dial Direct is the worst insurance company I have been with. STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!
