Insuance premium incease

I have been insured with dial direct before but bought a new car last year april. Virgin offered cheaper insurance with no excess and I therefore switched to virgin. A few days or maybe weeks later I got a call from dial direct offering a premium of about R20 less also with no excess and explained that I will continue with no claim bonus as if I never left. I therefore switched back to dial direct paying a premium of R574 with no excess. I happened to review my bank statement last week and noticed that the premium had increased to R750 since jan this year, an increase of 30%. I immediatly called dial direct and they said that this was the increase that they were given by some governing body. I managed to get them to bring down my premium to R690. This is still a 20% increase, don't think it can be justified in any way. It is in no way a market related increase and the value of my car has depreciated. I therefore expected my premium to decrease. I have sent a message of complaint via the dial direct website yesterday and have since not received any feedback.
