My loan with Capitec is paid in full and now Capitec and Coombe and Associated are both running around aboput who repsonsibility it is to provide recision of judgrmrnt. This judgement was taken out by default against my name i had an arrangment for a debit oreder to go off. When they saw their systems are giving problems to continue to debit why didnt they contact me. i have moved houses, but i have never changed my contact number i was still and is still em[ployed by SARS where the document for debit order was signed. they claim they trioed to trace me but no one ever contacted me i had to contact them which i could never get hold of anyone on their numbers until i got assistance from the branch in Cape Town and then their attaorny just coz i pasted my problem on hello peter . now i need a resicion as it is still well in my right before three years that it stays on my name. Capitec dont want to take repsonsibility and Coombe they say they have no say in this matter where must i go. i am angry very angry. They assist me to settle the debt when a garnshee order was taken out but i was never notified.
