I recently received my Sony Xperia Z1 from FNB and i was really looking forward to using my device and to my surprise, there are no headsets in the parcage. The consultant i was dealing with advised that she will enquire and put me on hold and then the 2nd consultant answered the phone with no clue on whats happening. Then transfered me to Digital Planet the currier company and i was on hold for 15mins.
I dont expect this kind on service from a well respected bank such as FNB and i would like to know if i would receive my headset or not.
