I'm so disappointed with FNB

I recently purchased a TV combo off of FNB's smart device offer (something I will never do again) on 30 December 2013. I received an sms stating that I would receive a call 7 Jan '14, but I did not. Instead I've been making virually every call to FNB just to get feedback because I have no clue what's happening with my application. I was absolutely thrilled to FINALLY get a call from Digital Planet regarding my order. Although it was to advise me that there was a slight issue with my TV licence which SABC had failed to notify me of and I rectified the situation right away because this whole thing has been dragged out over 23 days now with me sitting mostly in the dark. There have been two ladies I've been dealing with all my complaints and queries and they've been very helpful, however their knowledge/access to certain information seems to be limited and I am so frustrated that I am now resorting to complaining publically. According to Digital Planet, they have not yet received my order from FNB which is apparently still being processed. They only called to confirm my TV Licence. Does it really take more than 3 weeks to process an application that's already been approved?!
