Hi, I ordered a Smart device on the 25th June, with 2 accessories i.e. Golla Sleeve Blue for R449.00 and Screen Guard Liquid Armour Protection for R89.00. On the 28th June, Digital Planet delivered the device with G Bag Ruby. The bag I did not order. Same day I contacted FNB, where I had to hold for over an hour trying to connect me to the device department. I have sent several email and made lots of follow up phone calls, with no luck. This week Digital Planet contacted me, to say they have been given an order by FNB to collect the bag and no one told them to deliver the balance of the order. Very unfriendly lady said " sort it out with FNB, we only deal with what FNB tells us to do"

Funny my FNB account is different from the FNB account Digital planet's delivery note, but my full details are there and correct.

My problem is, this query has been on going for a month now, this is unlike FNB service.

Please assist.
