Hi,

I have been in contact with digital planet the past 3 weeks (mainly on my bill). My blackberry crashed last year, and after contacting FNB they organised digital planet to collect the device around the week of 16 December 2013. It arrived at digital planet on the 19 December and towards the last week they notified me it could take slightly longer than their 2 week policy because of December leave (fair enough).

I called them 3 weeks into January because I had no feedback (not even letting me know that something is wrong with the device) and to this day I at least want to know what the problem is and how far they have progressed. I informed them that I will not be calling, and requested this morning that they give me some kind of feedback by the end of today. Still haven't received a call. I feel like I have been patient with them until now, and I am just very unhappy with the service at this point in time
