I ordered a brand new Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 10.1 from FNB, which was delivered by RAM Couriers, supplied by Digital Planet, but the box has been tampered with, seals have been broken on the box. I've spoken to FNB Smart Device Centre and Digital Planet regarding this problem, but nothing seems to be happening, no one even bothers to respond to any of my emails or phone calls. Be extremely careful when accepting a parcel sent from Digital Planet, be sure to check the goods received!
