I order my Apple MacBook Pro Retina Display on the 08/03/2013.The Lady I Spoke to Nokuthala Seritsane stated the following: Please be advised that your device has been approved and I have put the request forward to have your device sent to the couriers, as soon as it reaches them it will take between 10 and 15 working days for delivery. After not hearing anything yet again I Phoned the courier company in order for me to confirm a delivery date, after phoning the company Digital planet, they confirmed that they have not received any package for me. I then phoned Sales at FNB again stating that Digital Planet does not have anything on my ID.The Lady Nokuthala Seritsane didn't read me all the Terms and Conditions of the device. I need to have a Debit Order on my account and there is nothing on my account. This was not stated in the Terms and Conditions that was read to me Telephonically. I insisted to speak to a Manger or Team Leader. Tsoanelo Hlabane told me a Manager Will phone me back in a couple of min (calls took place 03:45). No Phone call. I phoned 45min later and the Manager has left 30 min ago and the Team Leader was on Leave. Whats going on with FNB, I need some answers?
