No Delivery

I applied for a Smart Device. The last communication i received from FNB stated, i quote "Your Smart Device order has been sent to Digital Planet. They will contact you shortly to arrange delivery." I received this message Friday 09:45 07/06/2013. Since then no word from FNB or Digital Planet. I am not sure where is the hold up but communication would be highly appreciated, As we might interpret the "shortly" in different ways.
