In april wen my card expired n it was up todate n had funds I got told over n over by the staff at park central ghandi square elloff n germiston that they will not give me a replacement card as long as I do not give them 3months bank statement. If u look at what is written on black n white it say u need proof of residence n. I'd to get a replacement card. Even wen given the proof of what their bank has in writting they refused to give me a card n I told each one of them at all the branches that I won't pay for it they said no problem now the. Card has come to a point where there no funds n is in areas n is at collection n the from collection calls me at 8 call my mother at 9 then call me at twelve each n everyday including sunday stop harrasing me coz at the point wen it suited u u played the upper hand forgetting that there is a bigger outcome to ur refusing to give me a renewal card one of the consultants told me they. Are a bank. N can do as they pleaze let's not forget that at some point african bank was giving loans. To non qualifying clients n ran at a loss soo that story n the rediculous staff attitude will surely sound impressive to the ombudsman n consumer court
