3hrs and counting in the bank

3hrs and counting @ FNB Soshanguve Plaza just to COLLECT 2 fluid account cards!!! 2 service consultants couldn't help me, I have just been referred to the 3rd consultant and obviously have to stand in the queue AGAIN!!! What a mickey mouse branc, but then again FNB is mos now a mickey mouse BANK!!!
