I went to African Bank Florida on Saturday to find out if I qualified for an increase on my credit card I was informed that I did and was provided with the quotation which I accepted. I was then given a new card and signed all the paperwork. I was informed that I had to supply proof of residence which I faxed through on Monday. I then called the branch to find out if they received it and was informed that they did but I had to go anf get a new card when the funds should have been available the next day. I then arranged to go to work a bit later so that I can just pop in at the branch to collect my new card this morning but there were so many problems I was there at 8:30 when they opened and had to leave at 10 still with no card or funds and I only went today as I needed the funds by Friday but its very unlikely that that will happen now.
