I have not been able to access funds on my credit card. When I call the call centre im told i have to go and fetch another card. I ask what is wrong with the current one, they say it is not mentioned on the system. This is happening for the second time and I am penalized for card replacement which is not my fault. Why do i have to pay for an unjustified card replacement? I was told its only R88, but what happened to the card. They do not know and I was not even informed about a faulty card.
This is so inconveniencing, especially if I am in a place where there is no nearest African Bank. Why should i pay for a replacement for a card that is not faulty? R88 is not a cent to some of us!
