Poor service

I was told by african bank that my card had been blocked and I needed to send my ID and proof of residence for Fica. I have now faxed the documents 3 times and my card is still blocked. I've been calling African bank everyday for the past 2 weeks and I still have not received a positive response, instead I'm given a different story every time I call. The documents are either with fica dept or at the back office, but someone is not doing their job! I am so disappointed and irritated with African Bank!
