I have taken in my cell phone for repairs to totalsport on the 12th of october 2013, which was send to finrite insurance obviously cause I'm paying for insurance. Since then I have been getting different stories from them almost everyday day. The staff at totalsport also phoned numerous times, but also get different stories everytime. Then they say the phone must still be repaired, then the phone must be replaced cause it can't be repaired. Then when you phone again then they tell you they never said so. I'm sick and tired of this service from finrite, its been 3 months and I'm still waiting on an answer from them, they never return your calls, to give you an update and it takes forever to get through to them. Enough is enough I want to know what's the real issue.
