Disactivation of my credit card

I Sonty mathebula have a credit card with African bank, the last time i used my credit card was the 20th of April 2013. I did the withdrawal amount of R3000 after the University of South Africa has refund me the amount of R5900 in my credit card. Then on the 22 April 2013 i went to withdraw another amount in the ATM. the ATM did not allow me to do withdrawal, but it just gave me a slip that was written that my card was is not active, then i went to African Bank branch in Qhandi quare (JHB). They said my card is block, so i must submit Copy of ID and Proof of resident for FICA purpose. I did submitted those required document. and they said my card will be activated in 48hrs. After 48hrs my credit card was still not activated, I then went to African Bank branch at park central in JHB, they told me that that my case has been handed to forensic department because they suspect in my account and I must call Mr. Neil Turner is person who is busy with my case. I called Neil Turner on the 26 April 2013, he then said i must give him chance until 30 April 2013 to deal with my case and going to call me I waited until 09 May 2013 and nothing has been done
