I opened a Credit Card with African Bank Centurion Mall on the 25/07/13. In no less than two weeks having this Card (08/08/13), the card was cloned at another African Bank in Zeerust. I noticed this when trying to use the Card and was told to consult the Bank. I went to Centurion Branch where the matter was reported and the necessary document submitted. All my funds were exhausted in the card more than R15000.00. I have been paying interest on this funds monthly and till today i have never received any communication from African Bank with regards to any update or when will the matter be resolved. I am extremely dissapointed with the way this matter is being handled. My African Bank Ref:9657742.
